Mr. Stubbs holds a doctoral degree in sociology from the University of Bath, and has been lecturing and researching at Great Britain universities, before joining the EIZ research staff in Croatia in 2003.
His fields of interest include: multi-level governance and policy transfer; poverty, inequality and social exclusion; the governance of social welfare; corporate social responsibility and social reporting; as well as social capital, networking and innovation.
