Looking ahead: Understanding the Changing Needs of Human Capital in a Global Workplace
In today's complex, fast-paced global workplace, managing "people talent" is in increasing becoming a competitive advantage. This is at a time in which several factors (i.e. demographics, virtual teams, global leadership, and technology) are driving changing in the needs of human capital. This talk will highlight many of the factors driving the changing needs of human capital and drawing from current research offer some "best practices" of managing human capital in a global workplace.
Presentation was attended by a number of company managers, mainly Human Resource managers, students, alumni and candidates for MBA program. It took place on Thursday, March 1, in Arcotel Allegra Hotel in Zagreb.
