Ms. Andrijana Čuljak, managing director of Okomito d.o.o., during New Product Management course has presented to students a case on launching a new brand of farmed-fish products on Croatian and foreign markets.
Adris Group aquired several Croatian fish farming companies with the goal of creating a new strategic business unit Cromaris dedicated to the manufacturing of healthy fish consumer products. Okomito was asked to estimate the consumption potential and demand of the Croatian market, strategically position and create an internationally competitive product portfolio, including a pricing and distribution strategy. Okomito created the first branded fresh and chilled fish product portfolio, which will be launched in 2012.
Prior to founding Okomito, consultancy for strategic marketing & branding, Andrijana gained valuable experience with various companies, including: adriatica.net, Atlantic Group, Grey Worldwide Zagreb, and Agrokor. She holds an MBA degree from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
