On Thursday, March 11, 2010 mrs. Ratka Jurković, director of Svan Consulting, delivered a guest lecture as part of Human Resources course. Svan Consulting is a Norwegian-Croatian cooperation of consultants offering specialized trainings and seminars in Croatia and Scandinavia.
Their team of lecturers is comprised of Croatian Norwegian experts from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration in Bergen, one of the most prestigious business schools in Norway.
She spoke about motivation issues in modern organizations, with particular emphasis on business practices in multinational companies operating in Croatia in recent years. At the end of the class the students were presented with a case study based on a Harvard Business Review article.
