On Tuesday, May 25, 2010, IGBS Zagreb, in cooperation with Management training program of Croatian Employers’ Association (PUMA) has organized the public lecture of Charles Trzcinka, Professor of Finance from Kelley School of Business, on the topic “Valuation in Eastern Europe: How investors see the future of companies and how this view has changed.”
He has showed how standard valuation measures, the Price to Earnings Ratio and the Price to Book Value ratio, reveal the thinking of investors and how these ratios vary across countries and over time. The lecture was followed by Q&A session.
The lecture raised lots of interest among participants who came from US Embassy, banks and financial sector, IT and business consulting companies, consumer sector, various SMEs, including IGBS Alumni members.
